ebay buyer has not picked up his purchase

I sold a large expensive jazz organ and speakers on ebay to a buyer in Texas. He paid for everything with PayPal. 6 weeks has past and he will not respond to emails or voicemails to let me know when and how he is picking it up. I need it moved out of my house. What can I do to facilitate this without incurring liability? Can I resell it? If so what am I entitled to recover, what are my obligations to the buyer?What is the name of your state? New York

I hate working with e-bay. It's almost impossible trying to figure out their links and I'm virtually certain any of their "live" reps ... well ... aren't.

I'm assuming you have an address for this individual? Didn't your listing have a pick up arrangement date?

What exactly were your terms?
