What is the name of your state? Missouri

Both myself and the buyer are from MO.
My auction had all defects clearly stated.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120109281044

The buyer has refused to pay and is stating he will leave negative feedback on me if I leave it on him.
I don't really care too much about the negative feedback due to the fact that he didn't read the entire auction post.
Are there any MO laws that can help me claim my money?

Thanks in advance!

Boy you can almost read the part where you state the unit is only a display case and nothing comes with it and has no functional parts. Almost sounds like the case that was on Judge Judy where the seller tried to sell a cell phone picture.

IMO, you deserve nothing!!!

File a non paying bidder complaint and get your listing and sales fees returned. Then quit being a scumtard seller and make it perfectly clear what you are selling. Your listing is full of lies and false innuendos. It would cost you a whole lot more than $132 out of pocket to force the high bidder to complete the sale and the high bidder has an awful strong case for deception.

As a long time Ebay seller (feedback over 10,000 and it's 100% positive), it is sellers like you that make the rest of us look bad.

You would never win a lawsuit. Your auction is intentionally deceptive. Where there is a unilateral mistake that the non-mistaken party knew of or caused, then the contract will not be upheld.

Wow hahahaha you deserve nothing. I'm a long time online scammer and you sicken me. Your complete stupidity and lack of scamming skills makes me laugh with pity.

I am disgusted and sickened by the horrible act of deception. Go ahead, sue the guy...file against him. Bring your auction listing to court...I dare you.

You are a total SCUMBAG, and my day is a bit worse now, thanks to you and your SCAM.
