Hello, some months ago I purchaced a DVD on eBay and received a burned copy. I decided to leave a negative feedback for the seller (a NY resident) and was exacted revenge upon with the following feedback left for me (I have included my response and the seller's follow-up):

Threatened to "kill my children" if not received fast. Not recommended. Reported
Reply by notsirk: Reported for what? I got it fast- seller just got revenge for my neg for them.
Follow-up by vintage_anything: Reported for threats. Email me for details of this SCARY transaction!

This is a total lie and could really hurt me in doing business on eBay. I reported the issue to eBay which has policies that state that feedback referring to a non-existent investigation will be removed. They said this didn't qualify as the seller didn't metion eBay or PayPal by name. They also have a ban on libel and slander, however, they will not remove feedback without a court order.

Now I don't want to go through the trouble of actually suing this person and I can't spend a lot of money on this. Is there a complaint I can file to obtain a court order for free or at least cheaply?

Again, I live in Washington and the seller lives in New York.

Thanks!
