Since you paid with a money order, it may take longer for the seller to ship the item. At any rate, you need to contact the seller first to make an inquiry (only he/she can tell you the status of the item).

If you cannot get it resolved with the seller, you can file a claim through eBay for them to investigate: Resolution Center - eBay

hi

i know about ebay investigating, but they said since it was a money order, not to much can be done, saw that on ebay forum, but if they find in my favor they will reimburse me,so they claim, the seller claimed she shipped the item, no tracking number

Who will reimburse you? It won't be eBay. The only transactions that eBay will do much of anything about are those that are paid through Paypal and shipped with delivery confirmation. In fact, the seller may have violated the current eBay policy by accepting a money order. As a long time seller, I can't even list checks or money orders as a payment option in my listings.

Ebay only allows money orders as an acceptable payment method for a very limited number of item categories. So either your purchase was from one of these categories, the buyer and seller both violated ebay policy, or the transaction was made outside of ebay.
