What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania
Purchased a collection on Ebay and paid seller (located in Wisconsin) $3,000 through PayPal (like I've done hundreds of times). Received the collection, however, seller excluded certain valuable pieces. After several days I filed a formal complaint through PayPal. PayPal accepted my claim (after I had to have the police verify that the pieces never arrived) and asked that I return the collection in the original box to the seller and receive a full refund from the seller. PayPal advised that the seller didn't have enough money in his account and I received $1,800 of the original $3,000. The seller claims that his PayPal account had plenty of money and can't understand why I didn't receive a full refund. I have a strong suspicion that the seller is lying as he tried to pull the same stunt on two other buyers around the same time. I don't think that Ebay or PayPal will be able to muscle the seller. What options do I have? Should I file a small claim for the remaining $1,200 in PA or in WI? Do I need to hire a lawyer? Or should I call on my Uncle Giavanni to fit him for new shoes? Thanks for your reply ... any reply.

An eBay transaction that went bad?? No Way!!!!! Your best bet is Uncle Giovanni. It wouldnt be worth the time and effort to travel to Wisconsin to sue this guy.

Jet, its not a taunt. You were proven wrong again, and instead of coming back and clarifying your point, or orrecting yourself, or even making one of your know it all posts with all your underlines and italics, you start ignoring it. I can put up another 2 or 3 just like it if you'd like. Its funny to me how you're such a know it all and like to talk down o anybody else, but when you are challenged and proven wrong, you run away with your tail between your legs. If you were right about what you said in those posts, prove it.

Your opinion. The facts are below....

You were proven wrong again
Wrong. You made a blanket statement that Sprint PCS does not have written contracts. I then provided a link to a Sprint site showing that they do... at least for businesses. You then tried to change your stance by saying that you meant for consumers.... when your post didn't say so.

and instead of coming back and clarifying your point, or orrecting yourself, or even making one of your know it all posts with all your underlines and italics, you start ignoring it.
Nope. As noted above.....

I can put up another 2 or 3 just like it if you'd like.
Go ahead.... but try to find 'real' errors when you do, and not more of your 'Gee, I was just confused' imaginary errors. :D

Here's the latest

Based on some of the knowledge that I gained by reading forum posts ... I was able to convince the seller to reimburse me for the collection that I returned to him. I will receive two payments in installments. I'll post if there are any further developments. Thanks for your interest.
