What is the name of your state? arizona

I recently bid on and won a mystery auction. It was a pickup truck and some goodies. It was a no reserve auction starting at a penny. Hardly anyone bid. It was guaranteed to be worth ten thousand dollars. I won the auction for 105.05 and now the seller says he can't sell the truck for 105.05. and he refunded the money to paypal. We are both in arizona. Could I sue him for the ten thousand?

Of course you can sue him. After all, anyone can sue almost anyone else over almost anything.
However, it is unlikely that the court would award you with anything as you really have not been damaged.
Your only real option would be to file for 'specific performance' and argue that a real contract existed.... and that the seller breached the agreement.
