Alaska
I purchased a mini-sewing machine for my wife on ebay. The ebay acounts under her name and bank acount. After a few weeks and no sewing machine me and the seller started exchanging hostile emails with eachother. It turned out that after 5 weeks I recieved it and he did mail it on time it was the post office and me living in Alaska that caused such a delay. However this item was advertised as new and had all scratches and grooves in it and the box was all worn out and torn.I left negative feedback for this guy about the condition of the machine and box and not the shipping. He claims a letter of intent is on the way from his lawyer for giving him the negative feedback.Does he have some type of case against me for leaving the neg. feedback? The hostile emails never involved any threats by him or I just immature name calling pretty much.
