Help. Recently I ended up in a transaction on ebay 10k, was not very satisfied with seller. Misrepresented some information and was not admitting his fault. I asked for part of payment for fixing it he refused to the extent argued with experts against it. Anyway i was thinking to put negative back not yet decided but accidentally due to my sons mistake negative feedback was entered. Then I hear the sellers voicemail, threatening me that he will sack me to court, etc if i were to place negative feedback on him.

Though I am very upset on him yet I do'nt want to get into the hassle of courts etc, so i decided to take off my feedback and took care of my part.

My question is, I am not sure what exactly this seller can do to me legally for expressing what I thought was my experience with him?

After initiating mutual resolution of negative feedback, can the seller ask for more or do more harm to me?

I would really appreciate, everybody's input on this.

Thanks

I guess no one thought your question was serious.

As to whether this idiot can sue you for leaving negative feedback on Ebay....of course he can. Anyone can sue for anything they want, but it doesn't mean they can win.

Does he have a snowball's chance in Hell of winning anything? Not likely unless you slandered him somehow....and then he has to prove actual damages.

Your feedback comments on Ebay are your OPINION of a particular transaction. Let it go and tell him to grow up. If you told the truth about your transaction with him, what are you worried about??
