Ebay problem

I have purchased an item via Ebay from someone living in KY. They have had my money for almost a month and have promised that the item will be delivered soon, but it never gets here. They have given me wrong information about the item - a tracking number, for a different piece of post. I have tried ringing and emailing persistently, but I have had no success.

The major problem is that I am from the UK and have no idea on where I legally stand. I am not even sure if this anyone will be able to help me because it is International, but I don't know what else to do!!!

Kirsten, though I sympathize with your situation, you have very little real rights in this situation, and especially less due to the international issues.
