Ebay purchase can he sue me?

I live in Wisconsin and purchased a car on ebay from Massachusetts. The condition of the car was grossly misrepresented. The owner had some extra parts that he packed in the car when the shipping company picked up the car. He is now threatening legal action if I do not pay for the extra parts. Does he have any legal right to sue me? If he choses to sue me do I have to go to Massachusetts to defend myself or does he have to file in Wisconsin?

Please give whatever advice you can......losing sleep.
