Bought a vehicle online from CA through ebay. Didn't receive title and the seller has not responded to me. What kind of legal matters can i pursue?

I've got to ask...how did you plan to get the car from CA to HI?

And HOW did you pay? If you used a credit card through PayPal, you can file a dispute, and a charge-back with the CC company if nothing comes of PayPal.
