What is the name of your state? Ontario, Canada

I just want to know if I purchased an item off ebay, from a user who lives in Florida, where do I file a small claims suit against him...and what jurisdicition covers the case? I live in Toronto, Ontario...and he lives in Florida...anyone?

You will have to file in Florida, a local judgment is worthless. And things such as travel expenses, lodging, food, etc, are on your dime, you cannot claim them as part of your action. Such is the risk of shopping on the internet.
