I am in Maryland.
I have been selling an ebook I wrote, now someone else is selling it off as thier own on ebay also.
They are I believe in Florida based on thier domain registration for thier website.

What legal recourse do I have in this matter and where should I start.
I am willing to file a lawsuit, and even travel to florida because I have plenty of free time, and this guy needs to get what he deserves

Any advice is apreciated.

consult with an attorney regarding a cease and desist letter. If that doesn't work, time to get the lawsuit going.

It depends how much money is at stake, but I might skip the cease & desist letter and find an atty who knows how to do a temporary restraining order (TRO) in federal court. The TRO is a court order to force the seller to stop selling your book immediately. If you file a standard complaint for damages without the TRO, the guy could keep selling your book for a long time until the case is decided.
