What is the name of your state? OK

I hate that I have to ask for advice on what is going to be the dumbest story you've ever heard but I'm being threatened by an Ebay seller and I need to know if there is any merit.

This is all over 1.95 cents, seriously, its stickers people. I paid for the item and after 7 days it did not come. I emailed seller no resposnse. I took the first step in submitting paypal claim. Seller immediately responded in a very degdrading manner and kept calling me a thief repeatedly. I waited another 3 days, that made it 10 days, item still not received so I pushed it into a real paypal dispute.

The seller responded by filing an Ebay strike against me saying I never paid. Ebay actually placed a strike on me which I had to dispute and because I had the paypal complaint, the strike was removed. But I was furious. She left negative feedback calling me a thief and a loser repeatedly.

So another 11 days goes by and I get refunded from paypal and item still not received, that is 23 days after paying. I forwarded the paypal claim in my favor to the seller, saying I'm glad this is over and good riddance. She sent me a rant full of hate. I checked her ebay about me page and she had a link to some skate rink she goes to. I forwarded this hate filled email that she sent me to them and told them that they may just want to watch this lady, she sounds unstable, angry and dangerous.

That is when the seller emailed me and said that I was stealing food from her child's mouth, that again I am the worse kind of thief, a bunch of remarks about my character. She said she was printing out all the emails, taking them to the cops in Ohio and she would see me in court.

I can't imagine walking into a police station with a bunch of angry emails between 2 women over stickers. So I'm wondering does this lady really have a case? I thought she might be able to get me on slander or something except that it was her own email I forwarded to a link she had publically listed on her own page. It wasn't a shining moment for me personally, I had told her I blocked her email even though I don't have that capability and she kept emailing anyway. I don't know if its slander if what you say you feel is true. I do think she is unstable. I do think people should watch her and be cautious.

Any opinions for the dumbest story you've ever heard?

I once had a disagreement with an attorney who I exchanged emails with. I was honest with my opinion about her abilities. She forwarded that email to colleagues and said it was defamation (plus comments about me). I then simply asked her to prove I defamed her or damaged her reputation in any way. She said I did in the email. To which I said that email was sent ONLY to her, so any damage she suffered as a result of it was due to HER forwarding the email to a couple of dozen people. :D

Laugh it off; and leave it alone now. Mutual argument, disagreement, etc; ignore any future contact from her and don't instigate this further and you have nothing to worry about.

Be sure and leave negative feedback on her, that's the way Ebay works. You might also respond to her negative feedback on you.
