What is the name of your state?nj I am in NJ and purchased a seat from an ebay seller. When it came it had an invoice with the manf. name. I called to see if I could get a lower price but was told to go back to a disti. I went back to the guy I had originally used to place an order when I did he rejected it because I had called his supplier first. I then called supplier who gave me another disti. I used him and got a better price. I gave original guy bad feedback for rejecting my order and left the second disti guys name and phone number in feedback. This guy now claims he is sueing me for loss of business. He is in NY 7 hours away. Does he have a case? Also told mehe is friends with judege and da and they both said he has a good case.. can i request lack of jurisdiction or change in venue? thanks!

I also offered to remove feedback and he emailed me that he would prefer to go to court. Claims his brother is a lawyer and it will cost him nothing.

I tried to buy another seat from him, but since I contacted his manf. he was so upset he denied my order and sent refund. I was angry and then posted his competitors name phone number and lower price. It was wrong, but I was pissed.

You have to admit that if the tables were turned and someone went behind your back to do the same thing to you ~ you would probably refuse their order too. If you went as far as leaving a competitors name and number in a feedback then I can guarantee that you would refuse the order. We reap what we sow. I doubt you go to court though. He is more than likely venting and once he contacts his attorney/relative they will tell him that there is nothing he can do. Didn't you leave this post on another thread anyway? There was some good advice there.
