I want to know if you sell a car on ebay wouldnt that be a binding contract with the highest bidder. I sold my car and now the guy wont purchase it what can I do????

It may be a "binding contract, but the problem is getting the "buyer" to perform. You can sue, but it's going to be more trouble than it's worth. Contact the #2 bidder and see if you can negotiate a price near what the flake bid.
