So, you went through an administrative process and they expelled you. You've gone onto another school, what more do you want:confused::confused::confused:

Is this a joke? I thought this board was full of adults. It feels like it's filled with kids. I need to continue my education IN A CITY COLLEGE. My major program is in there and not else where, how much more clear do I have to be?

Not to be rude, it's not a duplicate post because a member on here told me to post here instead. I didn't know the rules or where was the proper place to explain my case. Obviously, it was my mistake to even come here at all.

You will notice a theme in your issues.

READ THE RULES.

This doesn't even matter. It is two and one half years old. This ship has sailed.

It's important to me because I can't register on any city college. Do you not understand that this is almost like having a police record and that I have to speak to most student deans in city colleges just to get an okay to get accepted?

For 100 words of very little information, very little understanding how on earth would someone take my case not knowing the situation as a whole?

I don't see how ANY of that had to do with your gender? How do you make that claim?

I have a feeling that you didn't follow the procedures for appeals or "proving your innocence." At this point, it would be better for you to either give up on it, and be happy you got your degree elsewhere - or hire an attorney - no one will take this case for free - and file a suit against the college. I don't think you'll prevail, based on what you wrote here.

And let's not forget the sandy foundation we are building upon here.

It does not matter what YOU think of your interaction... the victim is the benchmark of what is and is not harassment.

Apparently, she felt strongly enough about it to file a complaint... and the student judiciary found enough to agree.

Okay now I'm offended by what YOU wrote because that right there is a biased comment. I'm not professional as to how all this works because I've never committed a crime or a felony in all my life & even as a youngster.

I'm sorry but I am not letting this go. The current college that I attend does not support the major that I am seeking and neither does any other universities, thus only city colleges have it. The associates degree is a small achievement & if anything, a long road ahead of me.

A member told me to move topic, so I did.

100 words is not enough to describe how much the school has violated both my rights as a student and my rights to defend myself. It's on my record and wont disappear, no I'm not moving forward.

Now that I said my share, I'm reporting you for haggling me in attempt making me the bad guy for no reason.
