Texas. What is the law regarding garnishments on Education Loan. If I already have a garnishment for Child Support are they still able to process another garnishment? If so when they say 15% of your take home do they include the garnishment for CS?

Payments for current child support payments are not considered garnishments and do not count towards and other potential garnishments. Only payments towards back child support will affect other garnishments.
