Education law section 3031

What is the name of your state? New York
Hi, I have been trying to find the specifics on Section 3031 of the Education Law, and I have not had very much luck. All I can find is that it deals with the termination of a probationary professional. (This is coming from my teacher's contract.) Any other resources that someone may have that deals with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
