What is the name of your state? GA.
The question is! Can we be forced to sign our Daughters agenda book ?
They want the legal status of rules and regulations signed. We feel they are one sided
and told us they will withdraw our Daughter from school on Mon. if we do not sign it.
We will continue to send her to school and what are the ramifications if we do?
Thankyou for your time.

How old is your daughter?
Why do you object to acknowledging the rules and requlaitons required of student's?
Have you thought of sending your child to private school or home schooling if you cannot abide by the rules of society?

I would call the dept of education in Atlanta and ask them is this legal. Even if you not signing is right or wrong, they should not legally be able to dismiss her from school just because of this.
