What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? georgia Houston county

We need a GOOD lawyer, GREAT even better. The lawyer we hired isn't working out AT ALL, We are doing all the work.
The EEOC sent my husband a right to sue under American with disabilities act.
See this thread https://forum.freeadvice.com/workplace-injuries-worker-s-compensation-32/sue-last-employer-494341.html
There is also religious discrimination involved. Also I used to work for the same company 5 years ago and was injured, dealt with discrimination and was fired, but becasue my husband worked there too we did want to take any legal actions so he wouldn't get fired then.

These forums do not do referrals. Click any one of the ubiquitous "Find an Attorney" links.

And keep in mind that you only have 90 days from the issuance of the right to sue letter to file a lawsuit; also that a right to sue is the default response and does NOT have any bearing on the strength or weakness of your case.
