Effect of judgement on House/Business

What is the name of your state? TX

I have just had a judgement (20K) placed on me and I am about to sell my home.

1.How long does the (judgement) process take to effect this sale or the proceeds from such a sale?

2. I also own a small business and I was told that the judgement would not allow anything in my business to be confiscated up to 35k. Is this true?

3. I have a business checking account only. Can the account be frozen at will?
...and is there a way to stop that from happening if it can be frozen?

Also reiterating the frozen bank accounts...who has the authority to freeze an account?
