The answer to your alleged question is that their bankruptcy doesn't affect you, and so get over it. If you can't afford that rental, can you let it foreclose? You probably have no equity anyway. The market is not going anywhere soon, so they say. That would solve both of your issues. No rental, no tenants.

I appreciate the advice on the bankruptcy issues. No I dont have to foreclose on the house at all. I have 2 times equity on it which I have been living on. I bought at the right time and even still can sell it tomorrow for 3 times I paid for it and paid off all mortgage I owe and live in my house now mortgage free and not have to work 50-60 hours a week to pay 200 to 300 for other people to live in my house that I earned...believve me...I earned everything the hard way...by working...working ...working... at my age with a disabled husband and 2 teenagers and no I dont get medicaid...pay for it all.....I cant do it all anymore..I am very tired....like I said before I was trying to help them but all they did was taking advantage..I was going to sell it, not rent it......had to move because of husband disability
