Hello,
We are a start-up FX research firm which will be offering advanced, quantitative analysis to the institutional clients in the financial sphere (hedge funds, CTA, proprietary trading firms and others). All research is based on our proprietary mathematical models. The analysis will be distributed through the closed section of our website. The analysis WILL not be tailored to the specific requirements of any single client. Single license will cost a few hundred USD.
We wanted to ask if you think that we can eliminate the paperwork (signing the contracts and sending them back and forth across the globe between us and clients) and instead add a clause similar to this to the LOGIN PAGE and to the PLATFORM BACKROOM:

By using our XXXXXX service you confirm your full acceptance of our terms and conditions as described at www.example.com/terms.html

We can then just send the invoices to the client as agreed in prior consolation (the invoices will also contain the same clause).

I will add that we will start with the Asian clients (HK,Signapore) – to avoid the regulatory issues when dealing with USA/European clients.

You can eliminate paper, but it would be well advised to use an agreement that fits the valid form of a contract in what ever country you are on. TOS and shirnk wrap licenses are generally problematic in the US.

We only address US law here. For Asian law, you'd be well advised to consult a lawyer there.
