After eluding the police, Can the driver be prosecuted if he wasnt identified as the driver or seen leaving the vehicle. He is the owner of the vehicle. If he cant be placed in the vehicle is it possible for the DA to bring charges. He is cooperating completely, has representation Friday, and refused to answer questions without an attorny.
