What is the name of your state?New Jersey
We have just recently had both of my husbands children emancipated through th e court. He is no longer obligated for chikld support ,but does this also mean he does not have to supply medical insurance?

Why did you have them emancipated? No he doesn't have to provide them with medical insurance.
