What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama with regard to the emancipation, Tennessee with regard to new residency.

Would an Alabama emancipation's laws that grant the emancipee the ability to enter into legal contract and business be recognized in Tennessee? That is, would I still have the legal rights of an adult in Tennessee as I would in Alabama, or would I not and if not would I even be placed into care if I were to attempt to live in Tennessee?

Also, as an Alabaman, are contracts with entities based out-of-state valid?

Are you an emancipated teen? If you are and were emancipated in Alabama, you are over the age of 18 (19 is age of majority in Alabama). The age of majority in Tennessee is 18.

Bah, didn't read that part..

Given a situation where one were under the legal age of both states, and emancipated in one, what would happen?

Yes, it is a hypothetical but important to me in a way.

Then you can use Google for hypotheticals. We don't do homework.
