I live in West Virginia, I'm almost 16

I live with my Mom, She has restricted me from seeing my Dad since I was about 7 year old so he nor I have nothing to do with eachother.

My Mom is very abusive and her and her boyfriend "do" his prescription drugs to get "high" Her boyfriend is an alcoholic. And she is a pathological liar with multipule personalities. What should I do?

Shes told me to move out but then she changes her mind when she thinks she cant control me, or use me to babysit her kids and clean her house. My mom has beaten me many times and still does when she gets mad at me.

I have a job but it isn't very stable right now due to my age. No one will help me in my family because they dont want her to get mad and be a dramatic bitch like she is

Pretty simple. Next time they are 'high'.... call the police and make a complaint. With any luck, they will be arrested and/or you will be removed from that 'home'.

Without your having PROOF of your independent support, etc., there is no way you will get a court to order your emancipation.
