What is the name of your state? Florida

my mom died when i was 10 n since then my dad gets money for his kids me and my sister i was wondering that since he gets money for us if he "kicks me out" he still gets the money n doesnt have to take care of me if i am emancipated (witch would result in him not getting money for me any more)now at the age of 17 doesnt the government give me some money ?

In other words..

if your father threw you out, he would no longer be eligible to collect this money. Your guardian would collect the money (as your representative payee). This money would then be used for your benefit and needs. A payee could be set up by Social Security (I am assuming that your father is receiving Social Security Survivor's benefits because of your mom's death), or if you know of someone (an adult, not a classmate) that would be willing to take on these responsibilities, they could be designated your payee. Please keep in mind, tho, that you only receive these benefits as long as you are in high school.

I believe he was referring to OP's spelling of the word which as WITCH...I thought I was the only one you caught that...lol..
