I WANT TO KNOW THE EMANCIPATION LAWS IN NJ,WHAT THE REQUIREMENTS ARE AND HOW I WOULD GO ABOUT GETTING EMANSIPATED AT THE AGE OF 16. PLEASE HELP ME.

You would need to prove to the court that you can take care of yourself. Pay for rent of your apartment, pay for food, medical, insurance, clothes, education. Make sure you have a good paying job to support all your need.
