i had a ticket out from a slot machine for 25.30......i left the casino putting it in my wallet.several months later i was in the area of the casino and told my daughter to go in and cash it.she tried to cash it,they called security and she was surrounded by 4 officers asking her how she made this ticket,and that it is a felony and she can go to prison.after 45 min, they found out the ticket was legal and came out of their machine.no apology. they told her the ticket was out dated.the 4 officers escorted her out of the casino,to my car.
when i found out what happened i wasn't a happy camper.and the officer was trying to provoke me into an arguement and he did a good job.was told to leave the property and not come back.my daughter was scared to death,
embarressed at all the people stareing at her and makeing comments.i was not doing anything wrong just cashing a ticket from their casino and ended up as a big issue....io am very upset and wanted to know if there was anything i could do legally.mostly to get back,,i am very upset about this

it was 4 - 27- 04............i did not see an expiration didn't know you had 60 days to cash it

and they should have seen that right away,,,knowing it was out of date and not forged
