As of right now, he was granted an emergency coustody order which was granted Oct 30th hearing was last Tuesday but the judge excused himself from the case because he personally knew moms family and a new one is set for this coming Tuesday so if the 50/50 comes back on the table, should he take it or take his chances on the hearing It is for temporary coustody til ot goes to meditation and if no one agrees a trial date will be set

He should discuss the options with his lawyer. Really.
