What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I have a "emergency motion for custody" hearing for July 22nd. My question is how much time will I have with the magistrate to present my case for emergency custody? What is the protocol, and what can I expect should they rule in my favor to hear my case in greater detail? Thanks in advance.

you should post on the original thread, I went and read it, timing could be an hour to a an entire day depending on what needs to be accomplished. Protocol is presenting your case to the judge as to why it is NOT in the child's best interest to move and how Mum is going to do so without your consent and how you want the move prevented. You can get any ruling including Mum being allowed to move with the child or a temporary order stopping Mum from moving etc etc. Anything is possible, so go in fully prepared with reasons, a parenting plan in place (that is being followed), etc etc
