Last year i took a course (TAFE) in Au/Vic/Melb/Dandenong (in Aus, one year study is devided into 4 Terms or 2 Semesters, the first 2 Terms is also 1st Semester and second 2 terms is also 2nd Semester. Each Semester is 6months, and each Term is about 3 Months or 10Weeks)
The first Semester iin the course the teacher hated me because they misunderstood me as a International student which they later finds out that i'm not and they started to back stab me sometimes but not much. I later failed the first Semester and wanted to redo the work so they put me in a new class where there are all the new students.
During the Second Semester i heard the teachers has been ACCUSED for their short knowledges on their teaching skills etc, the teachers later paniced and put me in the center of attention to drive away the accusation for their bad teachings. There was also an old lady that was a teacher's PET and she often referred herself as being naughty. After a few times i told my friends that the advices she gave are all wrong and shouldnt take that old woman's advice too seriously, the odl woman heard this and started to backstab me. The teachers and their teacher's pets started to spread rumors about me that makes everyone hated me, i were ILL and couldnt defend myself or do anything about it, they often backstabbed me so i wasnt 100% sure of the whole situatiion. I later investigated and found out that they spreaded bad rumors about me that a few classes know and heard of it and hated me for it, (there could be alot more people who heard of these rumors)
They have been spreading bad rumors about me and teachers have slow or no responds over my request of helps or enqueries over the work i was unsure of. The teachers later DELETED my profile on the computer system that records students ID and info that they attend to the specific course (this is unusual because i'm sure they cant do this is AUS)
WITHIN THIS CASE CAN I POSSIBLY SUE THEM?
WHAT CAN I DO TO START OFF WITH? (LIKE REPORT TO STAFF MEMBERS OF SCHOOL..ETC)
WHAT CAN I GAIN AND LOST IF I SUE THEM?
HOW DO I SUE THEM?
PLEASE HELP ME, IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND IF THE SITUATION SUSPENDED FOR OVER 12MONTHS, THE AUS LAWS WON'T ALLOW INVESTIGATIONS BY THE ADUC SYSTEM
