Eminent Domain and judgment

What is the name of your state? Florida. I have property in process of eminent domain and has gone to court for hearing date. I have a judgment by Discover Card which is going to be taken out of the money. But the judgment is for more than twice what I ever owed Discover, plus I've paid back some already since the judgment. Can an attorney get the judgment amount lowered at the eminent domain hearings? What kind of attorney would do this, if possible? Thanks
