Hi!, I've been married for 8 years, my husband & I have been trying to have a child for 10 years. He's reached a point where he is emotionally abrusive,& I believe he is having an affair, also women call my home cruising me out & he does nothing. We both rent an apartment, our names are both on the lease, & he makes more money then me. Is their any way he can be made to leave? I would like to stay in this apartment, I can afford the rent. Once I file for divorce, I would not be able to live with him. He is very spiteful & revengeful.I don'nt trust him, I don'nt see us working things out, he does'nt want to go to counseling. Thank You, sweetboop
