Employer said they don't have money to pay my last paycheck

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oh

employer told me they don't have the funds to pay my last paycheck. Is there anyway I can make them pay? Is it illeagal for them to hold my last pay?

You can file a complaint with the Ohio DOL or sue them in small claims court, keeping in mind the old adage about blood and turnips.
