What is the name of your state? PA

I have an employee that allowed 3 under age customers to drink. Also this employee also does not meet all the requirements of the job. The Employee was told verbaly Warned & told No friends or relatives allowed to hang out at work & has failed to go by our rules. What is your advice on firing this person. The employee has been working 3 days short of her 90 days.

You don't need to "regret to inform". Just say it, for pete's sake!

Let's see. She's new, allowed underage drinking on the premesis, and she can't follow company rules and procedures. What are you waiting for? No, it's not too late to fire her. There aren't any laws about that at all.

Just tell her you're firing her for allowing underage drinking and failing to follow direction. Skip the "I regret to inform you..." baloney. Just tell her.
