What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania. I'll try to keep this short as possible. Hope someone can help. I'm an employed physician for past 15yrs and solo practice for 11yrs before that. Since I am now employed, my contract provides for "paid" benefits-health ins, malpractice ins, disability ins/life ins, 2wks vacation, 2wks CME, holidays. It appears that these are being deducted from my pay and counted as expenses against a potential "bonus". Is this standard practice? Or am I getting ____? Thanx. What is the name of your state?
