My husband quit his job in July. He did recieve his final hourly pay but didn't recieve his unused vacation pay which is owed him. The company he worked for is in Texas. We now live in Florida. A fellow employee who quit as well has recieved his unused vacation pay. My question is this, how long does a former employer have to give final pay in the state of Texas? My husband has left several messages with his former employer and hasn't recieved any feedback. What other actions would you suggest we take?
