What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT

Our family have been living in an employer provided house since 2004. We have a written agreement stating the house will be available 'until we find suitable alternative accomadation or until my employment with the owners is terminated'. We pay $600/mo to cover utilities but no rent. My employer has ordred us to leave the property by Sept. 2009. My employment is to remain unchanged. We would find it very hard to afford alternative accomodation in the area. Do we have a case?

You have an either or AND you have plenty of time....I suspect employer wants to rent it to someone paying more rent.
