I've seen this question asked before but not from someone in Ohio. Is it true that an employee has the legal right to see the file that their employer keeps on them?
No, it is not true in Ohio. Ohio law does not require that you be granted the right to see your file. It's up to the employer whether to allow you to see it or not.
