In 1993 I was employed for a company that filed bankruptcy, 1st chapter 7, then eventually chapter 11. The case was dismissed by the PA bankruptcy court in 1995. Am I entitled to any wages I lost because of this? (the bank seized all assets unexpectedly), or is it too late to do any followup on this matter?
