I don't know where to start....I've been having real money problems which prompted me to "take" things from work, credit my own credit card, did fake returns for cash using fake addresses....i got caught after doing it for almost 2 years...they say i have to go to court for restitution...what exactly does this mean and what would be my penalities and i'm also going out of the country for a month to see sick relatives, dod i have to notify them?? Please help! i need some answers ASAP...thanks

Look at your bail papers. See that paragraph that says you can't leave the state without court permission? If you leave, you will forfeit your bail & go to jail until your trial.

Restitution means you have to pay everyone back in full, with interest. The court can set restitution at any amount, up to twice the money you took. There will also be court fees, parole fees, attorney fees, etc.

This is not legal advice and you are not my client. Double check everything with your own attorney and your state's laws.
