I signed an employment contract excluding me from working in my chosen field while the contract is in place. My employer missed by second paycheck. Despite several requests, he still has not paid me. The contact clearly states I will be paid a salary in 15 day increments.
Does his failure to pay make the contract null and void? I need to find a new job/contract, but don't want to be sued.
