Employer stalling on reimbursing expenses

What is the name of your state? California

Is there a specific timeframe in which an employer must reimburse expenses? In the past we were paid expenses if our expense reports were submitted at least 7 days prior to pay day. Now there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when they pay expenses. It has now been 30days since my last expense report was submitted (and approved) and I still have not been reimbursed.
