employment after being arrested. please help!

i recently got arrested for a dui, my court date is not for another month. i just applied for a job and they would like to do a background check on me. will this show up?
for example could it say, license has been suspended, arrested for dui. has not been convicted yet.
or will it say nothing? please help!!

sorry, umm.. what im trying to say is, will this dui show up on the background check? is it going to show that i have a suspended license? i have not been convicted yet.

We don't really know what they might find in your country. Though, I suspect that arrest records are public documents in Canada as they are here, so if a company does a halfway decent background they will likely find out about the arrest and any pending court action.
