What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV Just a quick question....I understand that while on SSDI, and wanting to go to work, you can only receive xx amount of dollars and not have your disability payments affected. His SSDI payments are now being garnished for back child support at 65% of his check. My question is:Now that his payments are being garnished, can he try to go back to work, and make up the monies being garnished? And if he is able to get back to part time employment, will CS be able to take more than they are already taking out? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

If the deduction are based on a percentage , then the percentage will rule .
