YOUR STATE NAME - PA
My 17 - year old daughter was interviewed by the company lawyer- without parental notice or attendence. Is this legal? They also made her work on dangerous machinery without first training which they have admitted to and they made her work until 3:00 A. M. - which I cannot prove. This same attorney diagnosed me as being mental in writing. Are there any laws / ethics / morals against attorneys regarding disbarrment or legal recourse for these issues? I must tell you that they fired me after working there 14 years and suspended me (unpaid) for 4 and 1/2 months first. PA Human Relations have filed a complaint for both my daughter and I; however, I wanted to know if there is anything else I can do, especially to clear my name? No lawyer seems to want to touch my case although many have stated with all the details they believe it to be reverse discrimination - but very hard to prove. PA Human Relations are backing us up.

I have no idea whether this attorney violated any code of ethics or not, but you are free to contact your State Bar Association and inquire how to file a complaint.
