What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas i know of an individual convicted of 3rd degree felony DUI. she is on probation and required to have interlock. she was driving for a great length of time illegally without interlock and in so doing was transporting her son around in this situation. is this considered to be negligence or endangerment or what?

Who are you in the situation?

Does this impact you somehow?

Do you happen to know the terms and conditions of this person's probation?

eta: Read your other thread - come on, exactly why is this situation your concern at all?

because my name is on the vehicle she was driving around in. if she got into a wreck what's to keep me from getting in trouble.

No that definitely would not constitute child endangerment. But if she is driving without interlock and it is a condition of her probation or parole, then she is in violation and could be revoked and sent to prison.
